The school follows specific Admission Rules for enrolling students, has a clear Dismissal Process for managing student conduct, and provides a Transfer Certificate for students who wish to move to another institution.
The admission form for new students can be procured from the school upon payment of Rs.100/-. Applications for admission to classes Nursery - IX and XI are accepted from students of all faiths, creeds, and backgrounds, adhering to the admission rules. Parents are requested to fill out the admission form with utmost accuracy. All students who have passed the H.S.L.C Examination from BOSEM are eligible for admission to class XI. Students from other State Boards/CBSE/ICSE, etc., should produce an Eligibility Certificate from the COHSEM during admission. Eligible students must provide their Permanent Education Number (P.E.N), Mark Sheet, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, and Provisional Certificate from the last school attended, along with their passport photo and valid Aadhaar Card. For admission to Nursery, K.G-1, K.G-2, and class-I, a copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the municipal corporation is required. Admission starts from the 2nd of January each year. Old students must present their Progress Report Card and Tuition Fees Card during admission. Please note that no transfer certificate will be issued until all dues are cleared, in accordance with the dismissal process.
The Transfer Certificate will be issued for a prescribed amount, adhering to the school's Admission Rules. No Transfer Certificate will be granted until all dues to the school have been settled. Students with irregular attendance, who are habitually late or disobedient, and whose conduct contradicts the moral moorings of the school may face the Dismissal Process. A student found breaking any of the school's rules of conduct and discipline two or more times, even after receiving due warning, will be subject to dismissal from the school. When a student is withdrawn (after admission) or dismissed, the fees and charges paid will not be refunded in part or in full. The Principal’s decision is final regarding all cases of withdrawal and dismissal.
